Rins does not store full payment card details and retains only limited billing information where required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.

Communications with us, including emails and support requests, may be stored so that we can respond to enquiries, provide assistance and improve the Services.

Public content submitted through the Services, such as comments or messages shared with other users, may be stored and displayed in order to operate the Services.

Files you upload, including CVs or résumés and related professional information, are stored and processed to provide the Services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Usage information is collected automatically and may include IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages and interactions with the Services. This information is used to analyse usage, monitor performance and improve functionality.

Location information may be derived from your device or IP address depending on your settings. This information is used to personalise, secure and improve the Services, such as by applying local preferences.

Details of applicable fees will be made available to you via the Services and, unless otherwise stated, will be confirmed through an invoice or checkout process.

Termination


This Agreement shall remain in force until terminated by you or by Rins. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Services or by contacting Rins to request termination. Rins reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to suspend or terminate the Services or your access to them, with or without notice, subject to applicable law. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, all provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including, without limitation, provisions relating to User Content, intellectual property, disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, indemnities, dispute resolution and any additional or ancillary terms.
